All OPS candidates have successfully completed our pre-screening process. This includes our code of conduct, safety procedures, e-verification, and skills assessments. Our process ensures that each candidate is screened for competence, experience, and reliability and are ready to work when they arrive at your site. Background checks, drug testing, and customized screening options are available upon request

Partnering with OPS
Your OPS Account Representative will work with you to create a detailed job description, interview questions and to develop protocols for training potential candidates. OPS is the employer for the trial hire period, which includes orientation, training and a probationary period. This process gives you the opportunity to best evaluate worker performance.

Our qualified candidates are fully screened for fit, background, education, and references.

Potential candidates are interviewed face-to-face by our staff to make sure they have the right attitude and personality fit for your business

We will work with you to accurately assess each candidate to ensure that they possess the skills needed to do the work assigned to them.

We contact personal references and verify previous employers to ensure the accuracy of the candidate’s title and work history.

We perform E-Verify searches to assess and confirm a potential employee’s identity and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

We offer multiple screening options for the use of illicit substances. We can provide 9-panel and 10-panel drug tests upon request.

We perform thorough criminal background checks upon your request to help avoid risk and screen out candidates with a history of questionable behavior.
