  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate and support office activities.
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases as required.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure they reach the appropriate person.
  • Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date files and records.
  • Handle general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other forms of communication.

  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
