• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. • Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently. • Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care. • Maintain a clean and safe work area. • Follow all written and verbal instructions. • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude. • Make changes as needed. • Use station control to pass the casting bed to an automated station.

• Willingness to always comply with all safety guidelines. • Ability to work 12-hour shifts standing. • Work late shifts • Reliable and punctual. • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. • Willingness to learn. • Previous assembly/production line experience. • Good time-management skills.
