- Operate and maintain machines in a tire recycling facility
- Perform various activities within the facility to ensure smooth operations
- Work in a noisy environment with exposure to hot and cold temperatures
- Carry out physically demanding tasks
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors
- Meet production quotas and standards consistently
- Perform forklift operations if required
- Ensure efficient and accurate handling of materials and products
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
- Previous forklift experience is preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
- Physical fitness and ability to handle demanding tasks
- Willingness to work full-time on a Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
- Background requirements must be met
- Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks efficiently
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
