  • Program C-More model EA7 and EA9 HMIs
  • Program Allen Bradley Panelview, Panelview Plus HMI
  • Program and utilize message instructions to network and transfer data between Allen Bradley PLCs over Ethernet TCP/IP
  • Ensure all work phases meet local, state, and national electrical code standards
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex process machines by reading electrical drawings
  • Work with 3-phase motors, motor controls, contactors, overloads, and circuit breakers
  • Implement PLC programming for Allen Bradley PLCs SLC, Control Logix, and Compact Logix using RSLogix 500 and 5000 Programming software, incorporating digital, analog, and PID instructions
  • Utilize HMI programming software and have a working knowledge of HMIs
  • Write PLC code for new production lines, controlling line speed, process temperature, motor load, hopper levels, and product weight integration. • Create user-friendly documentation for ladder logic and detailed CAD drawings for troubleshooting and installation purposes
  • Design and construct process line system control panels, including PLC, main breaker, motor starters, overloads, VFDs, and soft starts for motors ranging from 2hp to 400hp, based on detailed device and motor lists
  • Generate control drawings and panel layout templates using CAD software
  • Utilize mechanical experience when applicable
  • Ensure a safe work environment while working near moving mobile equipment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial plant environment
  • Proficiency in programming C-More model EA7 and EA9 HMIs
  • Experience in programming Allen Bradley Panelview, Panelview Plus HMIs
  • Strong understanding of message instructions for network communication between Allen Bradley PLCs over Ethernet TCP/IP
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical principles and safety regulations. • Familiarity with local, state, and national electrical code standards
  • Expertise in 3-phase motors, motor controls, contactors, overloads, and circuit breakers
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings for troubleshooting and repairing complex process machines
  • Proficient in programming Allen Bradley PLC’s SLC, Control Logix, and Compact Logix using RSLogix 500 and 5000 Programming software, with experience in digital, analog, and PID instructions
  • Knowledge of HMIs and experience with HMI programming software
  • Capability to write PLC code for new production lines, including control of line speed, process temperature, motor load, hopper levels, and product weight integration
  • Skill in creating clear and comprehensive documentation for ladder logic and CAD drawings for troubleshooting and installation
  • Ability to design and construct process line system control panels with detailed device and motor lists, ranging from 2hp to 400hp motors
