• Effectively communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Perform trimming, organizing, cutting, and cleaning of poultry products on the Thigh/Trim Table.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Utilize tools like the Wizzard knife, scissors, and other related equipment as necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and product specifications.
• Lift and handle poultry products, occasionally weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing duties, rotations, and product requirements.
• Demonstrate good communication skills to work effectively as part of a team.
• Stand for extended periods (90% of the time) and occasionally walk as required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Capacity to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Physical strength to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• Proficiency in using tools like knives, scissors, and related equipment.
• Strong fine motor skills for repetitive tasks.
• Adaptability to changing duties, rotations, and product requirements.
• Good communication skills to work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
• Adequate vision and hearing for tasks requiring near acuity and ordinary speech and conversation.
• Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment exposed to fluorescent lights.
