• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. • Assemble cardboard boxes for packaging. • Remove trays of ground poultry from the conveyor belt and place them into assembled boxes. • Ensure labels are correctly placed on trays by the packing machine. • Rework any packaging or labels that do not meet customer specifications. • Comply with safety and sanitation standards and regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including proper use of all safety equipment and clothing. • Perform any other related responsibilities as required to support business objectives.
• Ability to work in a production environment. • Capability to take direction and collaborate effectively with team members. • Physical ability to lift up to 5 lbs frequently or up to 10 lbs occasionally. • Proficiency in repetitive hand movements and fine motor skills. • Flexibility to adapt to changing duties, rotations, and product requirements. • Good communication skills. • Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment. • Must have ordinary speech and hearing abilities. • Availability to stand for extended periods (approximately 90% of the time). • Capable of walking (approximately 10% of the time). • Must be at ease working under fluorescent lights.
